Regarding to the purchase agreement of membership Royalty Gold Club Bali
No: XXXX/ 140512/XXXX and the credit contract number : XXXX/
140512/XXXX/EUXXXXX, dated May 14, 2012 with the borrower names  xxxxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxx,  adress : xxxxxxxxxxxx,
Jabar, Indonesia, which will be funded by CFS on June 15, 2012,  we would
like to inform you that we want the credit contract to be cancelled and not
to be processed.  Automatically, we would like to cancel the Power of
Attorney that appoints Crown Finance Service Ltd to act on behalf of our
names. It is based on our consideration that the service offered by PT.
Permata Bahari Mandiri (marketer) on behalf of International Emerging
Market Inc. (provider) does not meet our expectation and also our long term
financial condition.  If you proceed processing the credit contract, we
will not be responsible for the credit payment. Further, we are also in the
process of negotiaton with the Royalty Gold Club Bali to terminate the
membership agreement  and if we do not meet any win-win solution then we

would have the legal process through Costumer Conflict Recovery Board (*Badan
Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen *(BPSK)) Bali and Indonesia Customer Board
Foundation (*Yayasan Lembaga Konsumen Indonesia (YLKI)*), and we will join

the class action led by Bali Laywers, againts the marketers of the “Royal

Bali Beach Club” PT Permata Bahari Mandiri, see  http://www.bali-lawyers.com
.We send this letter immediately since we never mean to put other party in
any loss and very appreciate your understanding. We also attach the copy of
credit contract and all of related documents and are looking forward to
your respond to this letter as soon as possible.

PBM atau afiliasi Bali Royal Resort yang memaki-maki saya karena calon korban terselamatkan dengan membaca blog ini. Saran saya: Rejeki itu terhampar luas, Tuhan sudah menyediakan buat Anda semua, carilah yang halal ingat bukan Anda saja yang makan tapi anak, istri dan mungkin saudara-saudara Anda.     Well i think i got scammed with this “promising offer”. I was offered 4days 3 nights free at Karma Kandara Resort Bali. My husband and i went to see the presentation at Gandaria city 19th Floor Jakarta. We joined and paid The downpayment using debit card. When we were otw home, we googled bout this, it came to My surprise sooooo many complaints regarding this promo.
    Immediately i called My credit card company to block My card since i agreed to pay using credit card reguraly.
    Now im trying to figure it out how to cancel everything.

    Can i cancel The whole thing? It is ok if i have to lost My downpayment.

    Really really need help here.

      I am very sorry to hear that you have already signed bali royal resort membership. You can cancel your membership, like I did before.

      First, send an email to CFS that you will cancel the membership of Bali Royal Resort so they should cancel your loan. Say unequivocally that iF CFS still process your loan, you will not pay for it, you can read full detail at https://baliroyalresort.wordpress.com/2012/08/14/cara-membatalkan-keanggotaan-bali-royal-resort/ (Translate to english if you don’t understand Indonesian)

      Secondly, Contact customer relations, Email address ownerrelations@royalperspective.com, say that you regret becoming a member of Bali Royal Resort and you want to cancel the membership because it is not reasonable to continue the contract. They will say, definitely, you cannot cancel the contract. The contract that has already signed is againts the Consumer Protection Act. So you can avoid it. Threat them, you will report the case to the YLKI, Police, Bapepam-​​LK, the Ministry of Tourism and the media.

      They’ll argue that information from the internet is misleading. But if they actually run the business properly at least have a good attention, surely the internet complaint will be addressed and responded well. But in fact it has never been done.

      Unfortunately, you can’t say that they have deceived you. Because of lack evident and you never try to use your membership. We are still in a very weak position.

    setelah baca baca diinternet saya baru sadar telah membuat keputusan yang sangat salah…. saya juga sudah email sesuai saran diatas tapi juga saya copy ke PT Adi Mahkota Royal selaku financing mereka sekarang…..

    Saya pada dasarnya sudah iklas dana tersebut… kalo memang rezeki saya insyAllah balik… saya tidak menuduh mereka menipu tapi saya lebih menyalahkan diri saya terlalu mudah tergoda iming iming….

    saya putuskan untuk mengirim email pembatalan tersebut tadi siang dengan resiko deposit melayang….

    saya juga sudah memblok kedua kartu kredit saya yg saya berikan kemereka tadi malam….
